The hotel is in an excellent location enabling easy access to the Old Quarter, cathedral etc. It was surprisingly easy to drive to with sat-nav from north or south. No problem with parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

A traditional hotel which is calm, spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Very well located for key sights and a wide variety of restaurants. Parking in such a central location was very convenient. Tours is well located for visiting the chateaus of the Loire valley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it from 3 nights to 5.

Lovely and welcoming staff, and made my stay special. The hotel is as it names implies in a central location with its own car park. Excellent for visiting the city of Tours. The desk staff are a credit to the company,. For the comfort of the rooms and the location the hotel is excellent value. As a sign of the helpfulness of the desk staff is the fact that when I arrived at the airport for departure I realised that I had left my phone in the Taxi. The airport desk contacted the Hotel who informed that Taxi frim and had the phone returned to me . Which I was impressed with their 'after-care" of me as a client. The breakfast is excellent and the lady in the breakfast room very friendly. If staying I would recommend adding the breakfast to the stay.

We had a family room and I’d expected us all to be in together but we had two rooms, so a suite instead which was a great. Really comfortable, blacked out rooms with the shutters, really clean, a very helpful concierge when we got there. We stayed as part of a stopover en route from the south to Calais and it was a gem of a stay, a real bonus on our journey home. We would love to visit Tours again and would stay here.
